How to Register

Complete the Registration Form in the 2nd Announcement or download the form here (.pdf). If you are not a member of ESP, you may download the Membership Application/Renewal Form here (.pdf). You may type directly into the pdf-files and then print them out.

Send the form by ordinary mail (not e-mail) or by fax. See Registration Form for address and fax number.
Delegate Registration: What is Included

The Registration fees for participants include entry to all official Congress sessions, Poster sessions, the Exhibition, coffee breaks, Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Wednesday lunch and guided Museum Tour. Fees also include the Congress bag containing the Congress Material. The Registration fee for Accompanying Persons includes admittance to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, and guided Museum Tour.

Methods of Payment
Registration fees must be paid in EUR only.
Credit Cards
Please complete the credit card authorisation section of the Registration Form.
Bank Order

Bank orders are accepted. See Registration Form. Please ensure that the bank includes your name and address so that the source of the payment can be easily identified (Note: Bank charges are not included).

Cancellation Policy

No refunds after 15 August 2001.

No telephone cancellations will be accepted. Submit cancellation letters to the ESP Treasurer. See address on the Registration Form.
