| Oral Presentations | ||||||||||
| Slide projectors, overhead projectors and PC projectors are available in
all lecture rooms. Speakers can check their slides with the help of the
technical staff in the Slide Center, where slide trays will be provided. The Slide Center (Messanin Hall) will have the following operating hours:
All speakers are kindly urged to leave their loaded trays, with the
slides in the right sequence, in the Slide Center at least one hour
before their session starts. No responsibility can be taken by the
Congress Office or the Congress Organisers for slides not in the right
succession and/or not received in due time. |

| Computer Presentations | ||||||||||
| Compatibility checks of CDs or personal laptops should be performed at least one day in advance of the presentation in the respective Lecture Room
(Monday, Tuesday: Slide Room) with the help of the technical staff. Opening hours for checking technical equipment for all Lecture Rooms:

| Poster Presentations | ||||||||||
| Each poster is identified by a number, both in the Programme and in the Book of Abstracts, and has to be put on the panel on which the same number appears. Two poster sessions have been planned: Posters scheduled for the Poster Session I: Authors are kindly asked to set up their posters in the afternoon of Monday 3 or as soon as possible Tuesday 4 and to remove them by 17.30 Wednesday afternoon. Poster viewing: 18.00-19.00 Tuesday 4. Authors should be present. Posters scheduled for the Poster Session II: Authors are kindly asked to set up their posters at 18.00 Wednesday 5 and to remove them at 18.00 Friday 7. Poster viewing: 09.15-10.15 Thursday 6. Authors should be present. For sticking up and viewing posters please refer to the Programme and Abstract Book. The posters are distributed between the two sessions on a thematic basis, not consistently by numerical order. All poster numbers are higher than 500. The posters must be confined to the surface of the boards, which measure 96 cm (37 in) in width and 138 cm (54 in) in height. Both tape and pins can be used which may be obtained at the Registration Desk. |
